After one month, love this dishwasher. Cleans really well, everything is sqeaky clean. The top rack is great for all the odd ball small gadgets and even larger frying pans.

Nice looking Dishwasher with great features and ease of use. Love the stainless steel look over my old white outdated appliances.

Broke down 6 times in 2 years. Was leaking at first. 1st repair person titled it back. It was still leaking. 3rd repair person said that some sealer needs to be replaced as it was recalled. Fixed that. Then it started to give beeping sounds and not clean for a few days. Geek Squat person came in and it miraculously started to work. No reason and no fix. Since then it broke like that 2 more times and now smells like electricity so we unplugged it waiting for Geek Squat again. Also, stainless steel started to peel from month 1. Kitchen aid warranty said they are sorry but it is just appearance and not functionality, so there is nothing they can do. Geek Squat and dishwashing liquid is the best thing you can buy along with this dishwasher as you will need those a lot.

A little louder than previous Kitchenaid. Easy to use.

Can't say enough good things about this one. Super quiet. Everything comes clean. Love how coffee mugs are on an angle so no water is left on the bottom after clean.

Very quiet. My only concern was the pump made an odd noise the first few loads like something was loose. It stopper and haven’t heard it since.

Fast and quite. The third rack and height adjustability of the second rack allows me to get even the toughest dishes cleaned.

There is a lot to like about this dishwasher, it’s quiet, it looks good, and it gets the dishes very clean…when it’s working. I have had this unit for almost exactly 2 years and it has failed twice in that time. The first time it was under factory warranty and they replaced the faulty circulation pump, it only took a MONTH! Now another year has gone by and I’m in the same predicament, waiting for the service technician to show up and then I’ll probably have to wait another two or three weeks to get the new parts installed. I don’t think it is too much to expect an appliance that cost $1000 to last more than a year without catastrophic failure of a core component. I understand that sometimes things happen but for it to happen twice in two years?! I used to choose Kitchen Aid because I thought they were better quality than some other brands but it appears they are just like all the other garbage appliance manufacturers out there, not built to last.

This dishwasher does what it says, it's perfect. The third rack is also a great addition.
