We had three replacements for this dishwasher since Feb 2023. After Kitchen Aid and Best Buy failed to deliver a working dishwasher, we decided to cut our losses and return the third one… we now have a top of the line Bosch dishwasher that was installed by Lowes for $300 more than this crappy one. We will never buy a Kitchen Aid dishwasher ever again.

Not very loud and seems to clean dishes well on all three racks. Only wish this model had lights inside, our old one did and I loved it.

The configuration of the rack allows it to accommodate more dishes! We're quite happy with our purchase and would recommend this machine to anyone.

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Paid & scheduled the dishwasher for removal & installation of the product... the installers showed up for removal & said it would not fit; in a matter of very little time (we were told by salesman this was a standard/universal unit) the installers left within a half an hour after my husband offered a solution to the problem. My husband ended up picking up, removing & installing the unit himself (which so far has been efficient & we were reimbursed the cost of removal & installation) but the frustration & time involved was stressful!

I have to look at the light to see if it is running. Dishes come out clean and dry. Third rack is great for smaller lids and oddly shaped spatulas and such. So far, so good!
