Resulting in having to hire an outside plumber to do the job. Costing me over $500. plus having to remove old unit myself..

However, the first installer (Mega Brothers Logistics) cause over $500 worth of damage to our cabinets in the center island and they damaged the new dishwasher as well. It took 4 months to get the cabinets fixed before we could have the dishwasher replaced. Best Buy switched me to 4 different customer service reps through the 4 months and the level of service was substandard. Additionally, BestBuy chose Mega Brothers Logistics as the installer. However, BestBuy forced us to try and settle the damage claim directly with Mega Brothers. BestBuy should have stood behind their choice of installers, kept us whole on the damages and then settled with Mega Brothers themselves instead of forcing us to do it. Needless to say, we will NEVER, EVER be purchasing another appliance from Best Buy. Additionally, Mega Brothers will never be allowed into our house again when we purchase our next appliance from another store. Shame on BestBuy!!!

I called company and had repair person come out, but I'm told this is the way newer dishwashers are due to all of the energy requirements now. He suggested that we turn on more buttons like; high temp and extended heat and then open door when it is done. New dishwashers don't dry like they did years ago - very disappointing
