I was inclined to go for something from a different manufacturer, but this product got good reviews from some sources I trusted, and it had all the features I was interested in. And it was readily available at a reasonable price. I've been a gamer for decades, I build my own rigs and I take the component choices seriously. When I got it going, I was stunned by the intense color rendering. I've never seen reds this RED on any monitor. It has been said that the white to black contrast on this model is kind of average, but I've seen nothing in game that I find lacking. And that's the only issue I've heard about. I've tried tinkering around with Nvidia DSR scaling, on this one, but in the end running at native resolution seems to bring the best results. I'm pretty satisfied with this product as is right off the shelf. The only thing one might find annoying is the setup control on the rear of the screen. It has all the features you might expect, takes a little experimentation to get used to. Do yourself a favor and download the entire manual for this product online. It'll help. Beyond that, all seems well

Best Upgrade from 1080p

If you are use to playing 1440p already then I don't have anything to say about it. Overall amazing ! Make sure to play at the GAME settings when you turn it on!

Solid gaming monitor for this price

G-sync and free sync compatible, 165hz 2K IPS with 1ms response time. The panel over all has great color and decent brightness. The only draw back to this monitor is that it's not HDR and the darkness of black colors is disappointing for and IPS panel. Also the "1ms" gtg has reverse ghosting but is fixed by using a slower preset. Overall this is a great gaming monitor and has no noticeable ghosting or screen tearing while giving great color and response times.

The quality and refresh rate are great. Currently using it on Cyberpunk 2077 and not disappointed. The customization options and ambient lighting are nice additions. Be sure to download the software. Well worth the money!
