Was a little iffy about them because I had the airpod pros but these are actually very comparable with sound quality and noise canceling when needed

I was initially hyped about owning an "official" set of Samsung earbuds, and I can attest to the quality of the speakers (they're great) the quality of the earbuds app (REALLY great), the battery life (pretty solid) and fit (like a glove). These are high quality earbuds, no doubt. THAT SAID... I simply couldn't get past the inconvenience caused by the "touch" controls. What seems like a cool futuristic feature (all you have to do is *touch* your earbuds for it to register!) winds up becoming it's most annoying feature... because ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS TOUCH YOUR EARBUDS FOR IT TO REGISTER. Note- before I continue, let me be clear that you CAN turn off this feature easily through the app. That being said: The "high end" feature of having touch sensitivity instead of a button means ANYTHING you do that might have the skin of your hand brush up against the earbud is going to trigger the command. So you just accidentally skipped to the next youtube video, or paused your call, etc. What are otherwise excellent earbuds are hampered by the inconveniences caused by a needless "high end" feature. I've since switched to Jabra 75t's that were on sale. Same features, app support with extra perks (ambiance sounds, active noise cancellation), and the SIDE of each earbud has a small BUTTON. One that needs to be deliberately pressed to activate and can be easily avoided by gripping the earbuds by the sides (to adjust or what have you). So nice to not constantly have to find my spot in a video or un-pause a song because I just adjusted my ski cap or wanted to just adjust it's position a tiny bit.

These are absolutely amazing! The ambient sound feature is awesome! When turned on you can still hear the sound around you even when the buds are in.

After trying a couple of different wireless earbuds I've found to like these better than any other that I've tried so far. Way better than airpods pro.

I LOVE these earbuds!! They fit perfect and with the little wind add on it's a very snug and secure fit. Unfortunately I handled one of the buds with a quasi wet hand and now one bud is not as crisp as before. I want to use my geek squad replacement plan but I also kind of want to upgrade to the buds2; mainly because I do have small ears that get irritated very easily. I recommend these buds but they are being discontinued

Battery life is excellent and the sound quality is decent. The only down side is that my ears hurt after long periods of use. Works seamlessly with my phone or Ipod.

I'm a truck driver.... the originals gave off too much background noise.. the plus is way better for the people on the other end of my calls

I bought these as a gift for my husband. He loves them and says they sound amazing. He also likes how portable they are for work and working out.

Good sound quality and noise cancellation can silence a barking dog. This is good for calls and music. Also easy and comfy to wear.

Connects to my tablet automatically and sounds good. Only complaint is that if I have to adjust them in my ear, it sometimes pauses what I'm watching.

They are great. The ambient sound feature is great, it amplifies everything around you. Touch command is easy to follow and very sensitive.

The sound is super clear and works great with app. I needed some wireless headphones for work and these are the best I've ever had.

They have great sound quality and comfortable fitting. It is a bit difficult to set up with other devices that are not Samsung.

Have used these in the house, and on the driving range. Never fell out and was able to wear for 3 hours watching a movie with no discomfort.

I love these. The fit so perfect and sync as well. The options of them shutting off and knowing when they are in your is great.

These headphones connect smoothly and sound awesome. Their beautifully designed, definitely the best pair I've had in a long time.

This s my second pair. I initially got the new buds live but ended up returning it for the buds+. They fit much better than the buds live.

Great earphones. Noise cancellation so you can heat the music clear and take phone calls.
