    Nice product but it was missing the tip to fit my Lenovo Ideapad Flex (N3). The nice customer service agent at Geek Squad had one to give me that one to fit my laptop…

    Only 4 stars because the parts come apart too often. There are several connections to try. Mine is number 11 and sometimes it just comes apart. Really would prefer a one piece item.

    This product is everything I needed. I thought I need a new battery for my laptop, but after taking it to best buy and l was advised I just needed a power cord. I was so happy and when I got home and plugged it up it worked just fine. Like new, I am very happy and will recommend this cord to family and friends if they discover that they have to same problem as I did.
