I had a need for a charger that I can use when I travel, without necessarily knowing what computer I was going to be using at the other end, and the Insignia fit the bill perfectly.

It had the majority of the attachments that I need. I don't mean that as a bad thing; I test electronics so I need a huge array - much more so than the average user. My only complaint is price. But, it works just fine.

This item is now essential as a backup to whichever of us is the latest victim. We have made good use of three of the nine tips, which change easily.

I originally bought this charger like three years ago but after using that old charger outdoors (i.e. balcony) it probably sparked or something happened to my old one. Therefore, I bough the same charger from Best Buy but this one don't carry the universal port that the old one had; even though, they are the same brand and model number. I used the old port from the old charger and placed it to this one and it works. Otherwise I would have given this product a 5 Stars but I gave it a three
