Item has been constantly working great! I like that it has changeable attachments for different products. The sale associate was great and helped me find a charger that was compatible with my HP laptop.

NONE of the adapters fit, even though the information on line suggested it was made for my laptop. Don't know if it would actually work, because I returned the product. I would recommend if it works with your device.

The only thing I didn’t like; which was my fault, was to Malle an appt. The first time. Overall the service I received was excellent.

I needed something that was reliable and quick to solve my problem. The Geek Squad was very helpful, and the product they offered was excellent!
