    I sent my laptop in for repair at Best Buy now they're telling me the poor laptop that's barely three years old they don't have a part that fix it I guess I'll have to wait and find out Monday I don't know if the power plug was any good thank you

    They didn't have the end I needed! The box says to call customer service, I called they "sent" the right one twice. And they still haven't showed up. So I had to buy and actual cord from the company. I would highly recommend not using this product or products related to this brand name!!!!

    It is convenient and works. It is also expensive and comes undone frequently. I had to go back to the original adapter charger bc I didn’t realize the cord had come undone and my laptop wasn’t charging.
