The box says to call customer service, I called they "sent" the right one twice. And they still haven't showed up. So I had to buy and actual cord from the company. I would highly recommend not using this product or products related to this brand name!!!!

I was on a business trip and left my charger at home. This was the only option at the store. But it charges so slowly that I could use my laptop for about ten minutes, then I would have to close it down and wait 30 minutes for another ten minutes of use. I will admit that my laptop is a beast and the software I use the most is a power hog. But still. This charger was terrible.
