    It's supposed to be a Universal charger, but didn't contain the connector I needed. Following instructions, i ordered the correct piece and I've waited more than a month and haven't received anything. Now my laptop is completely dead.

    The tip we needed was not included.. the company said they would send one for free, which they did. But they sent two and then charged us 35.00 for shipping, they sent it USPS using the cheapest method possible. USPS said that was a 3 dollar shipment.. I would NOT recommend this companies product. I have taken the time to inform Best Buy
