Won’t charge your laptop

This “universal charger” doesn’t charge your device at all. I was able to turn on my Dell laptop with it but it won’t change the battery.

The replacement worked for an entire month before the stupid thing crapped out. Now if I wanna replace it, I'll have to go through the manufacturer and honestly, I don't want another from this brand. I spent about 60 bux for a piece of crap. Wasted my money. ugh. Don't buy. Go with a much better brand!

Universal Charger Didn't Work

We told them when we took it back. They wiggled it and it worked until they set it down and quit working. Tried another one and it worked.

The employee of the store told me this product had every universal connector. It DOES NOT HAVE A CONNECTOR FOR A C-TYPE CHROMEBOOK. Had to return it and bought one from Amazon for about 1/5 of the price. Usually love BestBuy but this was an utter disappointment
