Was hesitant at first, especially that the tip of the charger come off, but it works great and charges faster than original charger

I had purchased a Lenovo Ideapad Flex 5 at another retailer. The charger sent with it was for the usb-c port. However this device did not charge. They told me to go to BB to have it looked at under warranty. The tech told me that port was not configured for charging. I neede the one for the small round plug next to it. I went back to Lenovo who insisted it must be a bad charger, and they sent another usb-c charger. That rep told me they would note to send the other kind of this one did not work. Well, it didn’t. I called back in, they asked to connect to my notebook. By this time I’m down to 13% with no ability to charge. She disconnected and stated she would send the correct charger. Now I had a third USB-C charger that does not work with the device. I went to BB for an alternate solution. They pointed out the 90W version of this. I had to ask them to send me a free Lenovo round tip. That came shortly, but does not fit the 90W model. I exchanged for the 65W, and all is well. But Lenovo’s tech support sucks, and their ineptitude cost me four hours and $70, to get rid of the headache. This product and BB; thumbs up. Lenovo phone warranty support might as well be zoo animals.

Ever lose a cord to your computer? Well, I did. This charger came with adapters for all makes of devices. With simple instructions and a guide to make it a no-brainer. Worth the cost for devices it covers.

Two years in a row, I grabbed the cord to my docking station instead of my HP computer. So, two years in a row in different cities and different states, I headed to Best Buy for something to use. The person I spoke to in both instances knew exactly what I needed and pointed me in the right direction. So now I have TWO spare cords, which I have now labeled since I don't want to buy a third. The point is, they had exactly what I needed to power my work computer when I was on the road and I was (and am) really grateful for their help and their product.

The item did not justify what I needed for my computer. Wish the company could sale the items that go with your computer. But overall best had great prices for what you are looking for. I like shopping at Best Buy to get what I’m looking for. Thank you best buy

I got this charger for my MSI computer and it works great the connections a little bit loose but other than that it charges the computer which is all I really wanted

Great purchase I lost my original charger so I had to buy this one

The laptop and charger had been missing for almost a year but never could find the charger and did not know the exact model for the laptop as I could not turn it on. A BB associate said to try this multi-tipped charger. At home i went through the tips and one fit perfectly and booom my laptop came on needing 20+ updates, doh. Works great and can use on my dell and asus laptops. Recommend

I didn’t think I would find a charger to support my old laptop.

The charger wasnt the correct rating i needed. Shame on me for not double checking the power requirements. But the charger seemed a quality build.
