My old charger was broken and this was a good replacement for multiple items in one purchase. It doesnt charge as quickly as my old charger, but the time difference doesnt actually make a much of a difference in practice.

We were unsure if it was the computer or cord. Best Buy checked the computer and noted the battery was good and, directed us to this cord that works perfectly.

I came to me without the cord. I went to the BestBuy store and the assistant was able to select the right cord for me. Works like a charm. Excellent customer service.

It comes with many options to fit the laptop that you need. The quality is outstanding, 10X better than the quality of the original power supply I got with my laptop. I am almost glad I needed to replace the original. It was recommended by Geek Squad and I recommend it too!

I connected everything up and it worked perfectly.

I needed to replace it with something better and this charger worked perfectly. It works with various models because you can change the connector tips. A big plus is that it is very lightweight. All it needs is to have a small carry case but besides that, so far so good. highly recommended.

You plug it in it works. That is what they are supposed to do right? I do like all the little adapters we have used a few of them so it makes this set very handy.
