I took the old one end and an associate helped me find what I needed. There was no waiting in the checkout line and I was was in and out in no time. The price was comparable to other places and I am pleased with my purchase.

The wattage (65) is not as high as the charger that came with this Dell Inspiron but it did the job and kept my laptop charged.

This universal one worked for the length of time I used it, but then I realized it was the port on the laptop that was the problem, it had become very loose. So I returned this, but it did work well.
