I went to Best Buy the next day, and got this cord with the interchangeable ends. It worked great and was a lifesaver for me!

I was kind of surprised since there were so many tips but not one fit. The product was also $60 so I for sure returned it.

It may be completely unrelated, but after a few days use, the OS in the laptop became corrupted and it needed to be completely reinstalled.
