    I cannot complain. The noise canceling is awesome. The ease of use for adjusting sound changing track and so on is perfect. I purchased these over another major brand and I find them to be equal but they cost me less. I also owned the earbuds in the same model from the same company, and they are absolutely phenomenal as well.

    1) Headphone physical properties: Does not clamp tightly enough; constantly slide forward or backward when bending over or looking up. Earpieces become hot too quickly, even in cool weather. 2) Active noise cancellation (ACN): Very good. 3) Sound quality: Underwhelming sound quality if EQ within Sony app is not used. If EQ and app are used, sound quality improves to Good. Does not support AptX L, plus LDAC cannot be used if multipoint connection is selected. 4) Bluetooth connectivity: Multipoint function very poorly implemented - just doesn't work consistently. Otherwise stable bluetooth connectivity. 5) Controls: Touch pad works surprisingly well, BUT needs more than 1 programmable button - only allows choice of summoning Voice Assistant or control over ANC level Need both.

    Excellent and more compact than the newer models. I would say that this model has very good noise canceling and good sound, you won’t be able to tell difference between MX4 & MX5

    I got this for my wife since it was on her christmas list and it was the best gift ever. She loves them she says she can finally mute me. Ive tried them myself and they truly are exactly are amazing the noise cancelling but even the sound it sounds like a concert in your head but not really that loud and the flexibity on the app func is amazing.
