If the effect is not efficient, please make sure noise canceling function is turned on and adjust the headset into a comfortable position. The noise canceling function is effective in low frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices. Crap design with worse warranty.

Headband cracked after 3 months of office use. The buttons are tiny and hard to use by feel. They also disconnect from Windows 10 when used as a bluetooth communication device. Sound quality with Windows is horrible and then they disconnect. When Sony was contacted they refused to provide any help. I had used the headphones in an office for 3 months before they failed. Contacted Sony for the problems and their entire conversation was about how they aren't responsible for the design failure or the software problems. I told them the headphones failed when connected to Windows but worked with a cell phone and they decided that was proof it was the fault of the 3 computers I had tried them on and not their headphones.
