    Purchased a year ago. Initially, a great machine, we are now going to return it for a new one or another option becuase it does not keep the ice cold and it melts so the machine keeps running because it has water.

    We really enjoy having nugget ice at home the only negative thing we have experienced is the machine telling us to add water when the side tank has water. It’s almost like there is air trapped so it won’t keep going. I usually lift the tank and set it back a couple time to get the air out.
