The o-ring or cover cap on the water storage tank is defective from time to time and comes off and water leaks when turning tank over to add tank to machine. I called manufacturer to get a new cover cap and they told me to take machine back, so I am just dealing with it leaking from time to time....

My first GE Opal Ice machine broke and best buy asked if i had warranty. I informed him that i did and with no hesitation he went to get a replacement and walked out with a new one. I always tell people if you going to buy go to best-buy..

Price was more than I had wanted to spend, but after using it, it is worth it. I'm surprised at how long the ice keeps in cups. I thought with the small size, they would melt faster, but they are great. The only con is setting up the wifi to work with my phone. I tried the first day, and couldn't figure it out. Haven't spent much time on it, but it is not as easy as a bluetooth connections and GE's website gives very little help.
