If I could give 0 stars I would. This item was delivered to me looking like this… it was supposed to be open box excellent condition. First of all the box was not even fully closed, the ice maker was not wrapped or protected in any way. When I took the product out I noticed the water tank had water droplets in it and was cracked! Called customer service and after 30 minutes on one call and 10 on another all that was solved is I can bring it in to return it or exchange it… this should never have been sent to me like this. And the fact that I can’t talk to anyone at the store to confirm this item so in fact there so I don’t. Waste more time is absurd.

Awesome! Makes great ice extremely fast. Quiet forest take up much counter space. I will be buying a second one soon!

Nice nugget ice maker- so far we have had no troubles with it- we did put in a room where we dont always go just because it is a little noisy but does work great! Just make sure and do the regular cleaning/maintenance on it!

Love, love, love this ice machine! Ice is small and chewable. My husband and both use this multiple times a day. Replenishes ice really fast and let’s you know when it’s time to add more water. Definitely worth the money! You won’t be disappointed!

Really impressed, great investment. Makes ice fairly quick, I always recommend dumping the ice it makes in your actual freezer compartment if you have an ice maker built into your fridge. That way you have some back up ice Incase. Great ice .

Works like it should, This unit is a bit too expensive but works well. If it last two years I will be sarisfied.Any other ice makers sold by best buy are junk had one and it lasted 3 months.

This is a great appliance! We have had it for three weeks and have had zero issues. Easily keeps up with our family of 7 (4 humans and 3 dogs). We have not noticed any strange flavors like mentioned in some of the reviews. It really is the good ice!

We have had this going non stop for a month now. No issues to date. I really like how it continues to make ice if it is low, and will stop making it when the hopper is full. It seems to make it fast enough to keep 3 of use in ice all day.

Best Buy is awesome and is always my go to for any appliance or electronic needs. I went to the store in downtown Washington, D.C. for a pick-up order. The service was amazing, and the gentleman who helped me get the times into my vehicle was so kind and gracious, and did everything with a smile! I will ALWAYS go to Best Buy no matter where I am in the country. They are reliable. Dependable. And the quality is the best I have found.

Very nice ice maker small ice like I like it. Only down side it doesn’t have a pause bottom keeps making ice so you continue to fill it

The ice that this machine makes is incredible. I drink 3x more water now as a result. Only downside is the light stopped working after 1 month

This icemaker produces the best ice. Consistent ice production and wouldnt hesitate to buy another one.

LOVE this product! We run it all the time and enjoy the sonic ice. It’s hard to descale and clean, and doesn’t connect to a water line though. Not a deal breaker though… well worth it!

We bought this ice machine because we love nugget ice. Instead of making that drive to Sonic, we decided to have it whenever we wanted it. We love it. No connections are required. Just add water and wait a minute or so. Awesome design!

So far so good! I have been using it for about 3 weeks adn makes awesome ice fast. A squeeky sound started about a week ago, but that is about it. Love this thing so far!
