We absolutely love it. It ls on just about everyday and no issues at all . Its expensive but worth every penny

Not worth the money

This thing rattles loudly (out of the box) and always seems to be dripping. It could also use better insulation. It seems to make ice (or not) whenever it feels like it. For me, this would be a great product for $50 to $100, but it’s not worth $500+.

Makes a large quantity faster than you would think. I was concerned about the noise but it to pretty quite. I am making ice for all my friends. Great purchase.

Can even take ice out and store in freezer when having a lot of guest. It breaks up easy after being in freezer.
