    Sitting on the floor, the sensor is too sensitive; it opens too often from people just walking by. For a can on the floor, a sensor that is recessed to detect a foot like a step on can might be better. The biggest issue is that the can itself is not a sealed unit. If the trash bag gets a hole or tear and there is some liquid from the scraps and garbage, it can leak out of the can onto the floor especially if you pick it up and move it to remove the bag or empty it. d

    The touchless trashcan is awesome I had some trouble finding liners but I was able to find them at Sam’s.
