None of the items were caused by Kris and Appliance repair man from other part of Houston. But literally the Geek Squad National person 4 weeks ago was a joke. Called back 5 hours later when I saw I wasn’t on queue. Got that resolved after another callback. Then waited what ended up complete day for a “no show”. Then went to store in Conroe to order what the National number couldn’t do. Then on follow up after refrigerator part ordered the repair guy was sick and took truck home with parts…, eventually Kris was able to get done.
