Not worth the money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They don't fit properly, i have to keep adjusting (even after changing the size of the ear pieces) overtime i touch to adjust, i either disconnect from the bluetooth or my call drops which happens more times than i can count during a single phone call. My right ear piece has lost volume the sound is very low and i can not adjust it. this is after 1month of use. ....not worth the buy!

Further there was no charging cord and three of the six tips were missing. Attempts to resolve the problem with phone support was a waste of almost two hours. However, the Victor, New York store was very helpful and resolved all issues.

DO NOT BUY THESE EAR BUDS!!!

Bought on 6-22-20 & needed warranty work on 3-23-21 (New cradle charger) would not charge. Now they have broken again on 6-6-22 Right ear bud volume does not match the left one. Samsung wont fix them under warranty. Some it up over priced earbuds that break every year.

Can't compare to Bose earbuds
