Bad scroll wheel
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great feeling keyboard mouse but the scroll wheel stopped working and now its no longer under warranty. They keys on the keyboard feel nice for being a small size and the mouse is surprisingly good too.

Regarding the scroll issue, try clean the scroll wheel with compressed air and verify the product or receiver is connected directly to the computer and not to a hub, extender, switch or something similar. Also, unpair/repair or disconnect/reconnect hardware. If the issue persists, reach out to Logi Support and our dedicated team will find a solution.

DOESN'T WORK WITH UNIFYING USB
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Once you get it working, the keyboard and mouse are great. Unfortunately, if you lose the USB (it's very small which is great but also means you can forget it in an old laptop, drop it if taking it out, it can just break, etc) you cannot easily replace it since it uses the nano USB receiver and not the unifying USB receiver. And the nano receiver you need can't be found anywhere. I contacted support and didn't get any help from the chat function so hopefully they respond to my email/ticket number. So when it works it's nice and quiet, but one mistake or loss and you'll be spending hours trying to get a working keyboard/mouse again and trying to have someone contact you. Or you'll just pay another $50 for another set. My advice: just get a different one. This one isn't anything special and causes serious headaches.

I'm sorry that it didn't have some key features for you such as being Unifying capable or back lit. Logitech does offer a wide range of mice and keyboards that could be used instead. BAD SHAPE AND DESIGN

I am sorry to hear that you purchased the wrong product. There are many different keyboard layouts (besides other language keyboards). The MK470 is an 1800 keyboard layout, most commonly known as the 100% compact. Logitech offers many traditional layout keyboards, so feel free to check them out and choose the one you like the most.
