    It would not recognize my Samsung Smart TV that I purchased the keyboard for. I took it to Best Buy and they said I was outside of the 15 day return and I had to take store credit. In fact, I would be grateful they were offering credit because I had opened the box... So I asked to have someone show me why it would not work and it worked with the newest Samsung smart TV. But, to try again and if it wouldn't work to bring it back. I have it in my car. Another thing I have to take care of...

    I don’t like this keyboard at all. I mean the size is great so I gave one star and one star for the color. It’s so difficult to you there is nothing on the keyboard that lets you know when the cap lock button is on. I can’t use the keyboard for work.

      I am sorry that you are having difficulties using the K380 as intended. I suggest you download the Logitech Options+ app to unlock all the device's features, including the cap lock indicator.
