Decent, but nothing worth getting too excited over

However, compared to the pair I was trying to replace, there's a few little things that make these pretty bad. Firstly, there's a very slight sound delay that isn't present on any of my other headphones. Secondly, the case is broken in such a way where it won't charge the earbuds unless it itself is plugged in, which defeats the purpose of it being wireless. Thirdly, they don't stay in my ears as well as others, which could just be because of my ear shape. Overall, you can definitely do better, especially at the price.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE/SUPPORT

I was pleased that charge on case seemed to last. Everything was working until I plugged them in to charge. No charging lights came on. When I attempted to reach out to skullcandy to troubleshoot the issue, I am unable to speak with anyone. Keeps telling me to visit contact.skullcandy.com. This is site I'm already on. Claims live chat available from 8am-5pm, but I'm unable to access a representative. I would give this product zero stars for customer service/support if I could. Will have to choose another company that is willing to offer help with troubleshooting issues going forward. Very disappointing because My earbuds lights still come on. Reason I would NOT recommends is lack of customer service/support!
