Leaky pitcher! Great refrigerator, otherwise!

Except for the water pitcher that leaks when you pour water from it. It was replacing once, under warranty, but not it needs to be replaced again and Best Buy won’t do it without sending someone out to check it out (at a cost of $99 for the service call). I find that unacceptable so I’m having to live with a leaky pitcher.

tons of space & suprisingly loving the pitcher

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i love this fridge. tons of space, we were able to get rid of our second fridge in the garage. this is my first "french door w/ freezer on the bottom" and it is just the perfect set-up for a home fridge. one this i did NOT expect is to absolutely love the built in pitcher. i was unsure and preferring the dispenser on the outisde of the fridge door, but the pitcher is just what i needed. i totally recommend this fridge.

The issue with the refrigerator installation was with the water line. The installers routed it through an old under sink reverse osmosis which hadn't been used in years so, the contaminated water went through the fridge water lines. Also the installation of the line through the cabinets was not very good. The line could be seen hanging from below the cabinets where they had routed the line from the fridge to the water line under the sink. I contacted best buy and they promptly arranged for a replacement fridge and a new team of installers to come out and replace the line and route it through the correct water line.

SAMSUNG DOES IT AGAIN!!!

Love the bottom freezer....however favorite part is the autofill water pitcher INSIDE the door! Never have to worry about spills on an outside-the-door dispenser! This replaced a double-door with the same dimensions, but this has 25% more capacity!!

I chose this one based on the functionality of having ice only in the bottom and filtered water in the door. Like so many others have stated, the water pitcher leaks whenever you attempt to pour a glass of water. Its frustrating and I would think based on the number of comments Samsung would have done something about this.

We love it because it gives us more refrigerator space and we had and does not use much space for water and ice, neither of which we wanted in our refrigerator. I would prefer the four door French door version but they don't offer that without an outside water dispenser, which gobbles up too much space.

Finally got it all set up my only issue is it has some dents and stuff on the sides of it. And some scratches on the handles. But overall the refrigerator is awesome should have looked at it better when I first bought it
