How to clean inside was very complicated and water dispenser stop functioning within a year. I thought I research too well for the item we will use for good 10 years? But Regretted to chose this item. We don’t buy refrigerator so often. I don’t know what to trust any more.

I like to bake and I actually have room to put my baked goods that need to be refrigerated in the fridge with plenty of room for my groceries/food.

Also the refillable pitcher leaks really bad while pouring.

Replacement performed identically with milk spoilage after single week in frig (set to lowest temperatures, no ice buildup). Temperature in frig compartment measured (overnight) at 43F on top shelf (set at 34F). Display indicates 34F although actual temp nearly 10F above setting. Samsung placed temperature sensor in close proximity to cooling coil, not in frig compartment next to food. Circulating fan insufficient CFM to normalize frig compartment temperature. Frig thinks temperature is 34F and compressor runs normally; because it is 34F close to coolant coil, just not in frig compartment where it counts. Basic control theory violation; PID feedback loops do not function properly if sensor not directly reading targeted control parameter. Application requires two temperature sensors; one on coolant coil for loop stability and limits, and one in control-space for accurate targeted temperature control. Basic Controls Theory 101.

Installer could not install the handles as it was supplied with the wrong hardware/screws. I have to go to the bestBuy store to get the replacement handles and hardware/Screws.
