Installation was plug-and-play simple. I am not sure the documentation made clear that the device can support 2 HD resolution monitors or 1 4K monitor, but since all I needed was 2 HD monitors, it was exactly what I needed.

Shuts Down- Won't work with KVM

Performs as advertised with a single laptop. Connecting to a KVM causes the monitors to shutdown and requires a restart!! Consider a docking station which is about same price.

Just long enough I am sure I have no recourse for a refund or replacement and have to buy a new one already. Used to ABC extend fr laptop to duel monitors. Total waste of money.
