Product is great otherwise. Comfy, and good sound when working correctly. Will have to exchange, product is good just seems i got a lemon.

And the sound is clear as day. The only gripe i have is you dont know how much battery life you have and the tones for the battery dying arent necessarily loud enoigh or distinct enough.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Surprisingly sturdy build for such a light headset, the range is much better than the previous wireless headsets that I have owned, a nice touch that they don't mention anywhere really is that you can flip the band around to display the color that's on the inside in the photos outwards, it also had two mount positions to adjust for smaller head size. the headset also has holes behind where the strap connects to the ear cup to allow for your earcups to vent.

She absolutely loves it and we highly recommend it. Very comfortable for her and does not sit on her hears. is actually big enough to fit inside the ear muff.
