If you have the Best Buy agreement they take out the old and install the new one which was a God sent because otherwise you have to pay to have it taken care of yourself. Love that I have had it 8 months and have used it twice, so it has paid for itself.

Don't use to sanitize anything plastic

I gave this 4 stars because of the installation. The individuals who installed it bent up the hoses so it did not drain. We had to pull out the washer which was and cut the hose. I would not recommend their installers. A handy man would have done the job properly. They are only fit to hook up hoses and anybody can do that. I spent over 130 for the install. What a waste.
