Very comfortable in my ear . And they dont slide off.

I have enjoyed these headphones so much I been big on Samsung products had the Galaxy buds moved onto these and man oh man. These headphones feel good have great quality I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a nice beany design for headphones.

Simple but durable design. Only gave 4 star instead of 5 because of noise cancellation wasn’t the best compared to similar devices.

I bought these to replace my galaxy buds pro and in my opinion, they do not even compare. The overall shape of the headphone is difficult to fit in my ear and is at times, very uncomfortable. It has to be positioned just right for you to hear anything. I had to turn the touch feature off altogether since adjusting the headphone in my ear became such an annoyance. They do not noise cancel very well, and if you try to push them in your ear to create a seal, you risk not being able to hear anything out of it. Especially if you are looking for headphones to use while at the gym or working, these are not the best, the galaxy pro fit better and didn't shift as much. In addition, multiple times I have had the same issue with both headphones in regards to volume. At times, one headphone or both will output sound at such a low volume, you have to have your device volume up to max to be able to even hear anything. I saw online other people have had this issue as well. It does eventually fix, but it is a very annoying inconvenience. Overall, they do serve their purpose. They have a good battery life, I usually only have to switch my headphone once during an 8-10 hour shift, given they are fullly charged. I wish other reviews mentioned these issues since majority of them are so positive and say nothing about these issues.

New design is great , fits in your ear comfortably and sound is crisp and clear. Note; if your around an area with a lot of noise these will pickup everything. I find these and all small wireless ear headsets tend to do this, reason is because small wireless headsets are omni micro phone which is designed to pickup sound from all directions.

Not a bad option as of competing Airpod basic one.

Good sound, Comfortable. Lightweight. Easy to charge. I jog in a quiet neighborhood and they allow me to hear cars when it is important. Noise cancelation could be better as well as waterproofing.

The sound quality on these was good, but I don't care for how they fit in my ears. Maybe they are just too big for me! Sound quality is amazing on them and the touch pad on the back is easy to control! Battery life is good too!

Love the ear buds. Good sound quality & battery life is sufficient for my usage. My only gripe is I wish they stayed better in my ears. I have small ears and have had issues with mostly every ear buds that I purchase. Other than that one thing, they're great!

Connection issues constantly. First Samsung earbuds I owned and very disappointed. I tried all the troubleshooting and tips on how to resolve. Download all the most recent updates, reset buds, turn on off bluetooth, unpair/ pair, uninstall apps then rei stall... nothing works. I have an Android phone (Moto Power G) with Android 10.0 and downloaded the proper apps again and again and followed through with the set-up again and again. Sat in my house listening to them all is wonderful clear crisp sounds, comfortable fit, life is good. I decided to leave the house and go for a walk with my fancy brand new earbuds. I placed my phone in my pocket and began my journey. My journey lasted about 7 feet from my house. The connection started breaking up, distorting. To my shock and confusion I took the phone out of my loosely fitted pocket with thin cloth and the connection worked better, but minor chop. I was confused, disappointed, frustrated and lost. I went back into my house and I got clear reception in and out of my pocket. I go outside of my home buds works good (not great), but as soon as I place back into my pocket connection weakens or cuts out. I checked,double checked, triple check my phone's settings and nothing out of the ordinary. Check my with all my other bluetooth devices, they all work flawlessly. Used an older Android phone and Samsung Galaxy Buds Live still had the same problem. I called Samsung support and they couldn't begin to help with any further troubleshooting and just said send by mail to their service location so they could look at it. That'll take weeks and with no guarantee it'll be resolved (reading other reports of same complaints and nothing changed even with replacement buds). I'll just return to the store which is 20 minutes away and exchange for another brand of earbuds... Not Samsung brand and finish my walk. Very disappointed.

Love them, good noise canceling best earbuds ive owned.

These buds take sometime getting use to. At first the fit causes ear fatigue but if you learn how to properly wear them or gets better. Still can hear with noise cancelation. The double tap touch controls work 85% of the time. Call quality is top notch
