I honestly love that I don’t have to insert the buds into my ear canal. The sounds is still amazing. I like them more than my Beats. The only issue I’m having with them is answering calls. It doesn’t pick up in the first tap.

Actually purchased 2 pair of these one for my grown son and one for my husband . They both really like them, they use them all of the time. Both agree that they much more comfortable than others they have had in the past. I would recommend these highly.

The buds are not designed to fit in your earhole but actually above your ear. It bounces the sound off of your ear, a very different feel but I like it a lot more. They look like they are hearing aids when you put them in

Had no clue about these, as have never used bone transmission buds. Thes do not fit in the ear canal just rests in the curve of your outside of the canal. Took a little experimenting and reading, but I got them for pairing with a TV rather than for the phone. They do pair with a limited amount of tv brands, fortunately my brand (Sony) was among them. I tried pairing them with our LG smart TV and it did pair, although I am new at this, I did manage to get it paired. Good for listening to TV while people are asleep. From what I understand, though, only one set of blue tooth ear buds or whatever can be paired to your tv, at this time, so keep that in mind. I didn't know if I would be compatible with the physical fit of the buds, but they are fine, and don't hurt.

Connection to left ear bud sucks constantly drops and connects back and forth. Sometimes just drops completely. Tried a search says to double check left side alone is charging didnt work, even though it says its charging indicating NOT the problem. Over all save the money and buy the buds version theyre flawless. Traded in original pair of lives and second does the same thing

Everything i expected and wanted. Only one thing they need to add one more ear piece to fit your ears. Or would have been 5 stars. Other than that great connectivity. Sound quality is amazing!

DOES NOT GIVE MORE THAN 5 HOURS OF TALK TIME!!! I think im going to return these because they dont last at least 7 hours of a 8 hour work day.

The sound is awesome but they just do not stay put in your ears like I wish that they would. The design is different but does not stay put. Ease of use is low because they do not stay put.

Theyre very versitle and comfortable.. even though after a long while of wearing them it kind of hurts the ear a little.... i do wish tye sound was louder but i like them anyways.

Shipping was quick. One ear bud worked great the other just had a high pitched noise. Gave as a birthday gift, bought early since birthday is near Christmas. By the time he opened it it was too late to return. Same thing happened to his first blue pair but after 6 months of use. My pink pair has been going strong for years. Maybe its a problem with the blue ones.

Sounds is great. Noise cancelation is wonderful while still aware of your surroundings. Other than having them on for a long flight and it bothering my ear their a great pair if buds.

I have an over the head pair of Sony headphones that seems to be a little better. The range on Samsung isn’t as good and it cuts out once in a while.

These are the closest I’ve come to a pair of bluetooth-enabled sleep earbuds that play music (not white noise). They’re allegedly active noise cancelling. I’ve got a pair of Bose noise cancelling headphones. Unless I’m doing something wrong - and I’m not, according to the Samsung help desk - these are not active noise cancelling. Or if they are, then you can take this as my reason for the low “ease of use” rating. They’re otherwise, very easy to set up both with or without the Samsung app. And they work great with Apple. Good sound quality, too.

Really nice with no wires. My only complaint is that I love my music very loud, and these are not very loud. I love them, but beware if you like it loud or have bad hearing, please avoid these.

I enjoy these ear bugs alot. Fits comfortably in the ear. The sound can get super loud and I love that. But be careful if you have them inside a case they can open and get lost. That is what happened to me. Buy I am gonna be buying a new set.

Sound quality is pretty good. Functionality is great. Fit is a little bit weird, and easy to get just slightly off in an uncomfortable way.

Comfortable, and the charge holds for quite a while, but the sound is not very good. In addition, they don't stay connected consistently.

It’s alright for a wireless headphone. The only thing is it’s new product for its own design. If it has real noise cancelation then it would be best product of all. The sounds are pretty good.

I got this for my wife for Christmas and she likes the color which matches her phone. She like the ease of the touch controls on the ear buds and the clarity of sounds from music and talking on the phone. The fit may be somewhat of a concern though.

In the beginning i was not sure what happened with the sound it was horrible, wait i research a little more i had the buds wrong in my ears lol help me lord! After that correction im in love so small but p o w e r f u l thanks samsung for such great products
