Shopping experience was great with Best Buy but, I feel as if the quality of sound was a bit better, this would deserve a 5/5.

Thier okay. The sound leaks out so other's can hear what your listening to. Kind of hard to position in the ear. After some practice I got a good fit.

They work great. But they hurt my ears when I wear then for a long period of time. The buds plus however I think are better.

I have had the white version for 2 years and I love them so much that I ordered these as a Christmas gift.

Wow, these are *so painful*. These sorts of things (like regular earbuds) really depend on whether they fit the shape of your ears. I don't have strange ears, but these things fit so tight that they immediately hurt. That's out of the box, not with the larger fit things. I made sure I've got them in correctly, too.

This is a little early to review it is a Christmas present, however i gave her the same thing for Christmas last year and they did not last so I am trying again she loved the last ones, I bought the insurance this time. LOL

Amazing product. Can't beat the price and the battery seems to be wonderful. Case is small and will recharge the earbuds multiple times. Connects well with Note phone.

The sound is great but for me the fit was very uncomfortable, I even looked up if I was wearing them wrong but nope. I kept having to push them in, and having to disable any touch controls because of it. The earbuds fit very loosely and would constantly pause whatever I was listening to because the sensor would stop detecting that the earbud was still in.

not worth it. very uncomfortable. pros or pro2s are better. or even the the buds+.

Great colors and easy to use. If you have small ears it feels weird when you first put them in because you have to angle it in a certain way.

These work very well initially. I recommend them for anyone with a samsung device. I primarily use them for my cell phone. Easy to connect.

I have phones I found I can put in my small ears and they don't really bother me battery life could be a little better but I make it through the day with the Box the Chargers them on the go

I love the shape of these buds however for someone with small ears they are not the most secure. But they are worth it my favorite feature is the noise cancelling.

Great sound! Love the color, downside the shape of the earphone hurts my ear after a while.

I really like the buds samsung makes but i actually bought these after washing the buds + and didnt like the size. So i exchanged for another buds +

The bud live are sometime uncomfortable in my ear, and the volume seem a little low.

its good but when he puts big headphones over them ( he works in a factory so its for protection for his ears) you cant barely hear him but other than that its awesome

Not for my ears. Even with all the tips, I couldnt get a comfortable feel. Bummer because the sound quality is great.

Favorite earbuds so far! Great sound and enveloping presence with plenty of bass. Very comfortable once you figure them out, different fit because of their unique shape which I love! Pairs as soon as I open the case!

I've had plenty of ear buds but thess are by far my favorite. I would have given 5 stars but the nose canceling isn't that great.
