At first I followed the directions and inserted them in my ears as the Quick start guide showed. I quickly discovered I need to insert them at more of a 45 degree angle for the best fit. Love the sound and I've received a lot of compliments on the sound quality of my calls. Love the Find My Earbuds feature.

I have to admit, i thought these buds would be another cheap product. Samsung has out did themselves this time. These are by farr the best Bluetooth headphones i have ever own. Believe me, i have the bose Bluetooth set and are garbage when it comes to working out. If i could, i would request my money back from bose and buy another set from Samsung. I would recommand this product to anyone who would be interested in purchasing this product. "GOODLUCK "!!!!

the design is simple no buttons or a big touch pad. Its still touch for pause and skip just not a big bullseye for it. After u get use to the button placement and the loose but totally secure buds in your ear. But I love them. Sound has more life to it. Bass highs and lows u can actually tell the difference

I love everything about these ear buds. They stay secure in your ear when you are active and are comfortable enough for you to forget that they are even in. The sound quality is surprisingly great considering the style and shape of them and callers can't tell I'm using a headset. I've convinced 3 people to purchase them and they love them also.

Awesome ear buds! Very light in the ear and not heavy like other esr buds. The sound quality is much better than the previous teo Samsung esr bud models. Only gripes is that others can hear your music if the volume is too high and intermittently have issues with phone calls, mostly happens eith iphone.

I have been nothing but Apple brand for many years ! HOWEVER.. these “beans” have made me think twice. At first I was a little skeptical, but after a day of using them I was sold on them! These are absolutely the best! Samsung is definitely on to something and unless I got a bad pair of Apple air pro, these have outdone them. Siri will respond and you can use left or right solo. My main reason for purchase was because I am on the phone all day for work while multitasking on my computer and these are absolutely amazing with sound for calls. Both parties can hear perfectly fine with them. I recommend downloading the app so you can adjust the tone to your liking and they have an amazing base option. These will not fit every year as they have to sit and almost cradle in the ear. I found that the left one fits a lot snug or than the right one, most likely because one here maybe slight smaller than the other, but they are still great. My biggest concern was that they come with a shiny finish and not a flat finish. (but.. I’m a guy, so there’s that) They are a little sensitive with touch, so get used to that. I did change out the wings for more comfort for my particular needs. So if you’re debating, go ahead and get them you will not be disappointed. GO ON.., get a pair. I’ll save my apple airpod pro as a backup. Lol.
