Pretty close to good sleeping earbuds.

Apple Airpods won't stay in my ears while these do stay in. Fairly comfortable to sleep in. Not quite flush enough to sleep on but close. Can be hard to get in case in the dark. Overall a good but not perfect set of earbuds for sleeping and running.
