Honestly overpriced for what it is, this is the same as the G29, or 920. Find one of those used for a better bargain. Otherwise for a little more you can get into Direct Drive these days.

I downloaded the GHub software and it still wouldn’t work. Example: You tap the accelerator, just a tap, don’t press down, and the vehicles took off in reverse out of control had to exit the game to get it to stop. Very disappointed I was looking forward to this wheel. Customer service was no help Even tried several times to calibrate it with windows and every time I did it said everything was working fine. It worked fine in Farming Simulator but not the above listed games. Disappointed

Posted .Hi Jae, Very sorry to hear about your disappointment with the G923 Racing Wheel not working properly with NASCAR Heat 5 and American Truck Simulator. Here are some fixes for the pedal issues that you're experiencing: 1. Confirm that the wheel unit is properly connected to power. The connection port is located on the underside of the wheel unit. 2. Confirm that the pedal unit is connected to the wheel unit. The connection port (DB-9 female) is located on the underside of the wheel unit. 3. Confirm that the wheel is connected via USB to the game console or PC. Once connected to your game console or PC, the wheel will rotate fully to each side and then to the center to calibrate. 4. Confirm that the pedals are properly mapped to the pedal functions in the game’s control options or settings, and in Logitech Gaming Software (where applicable).
NOTE: Some games may invert pedal controls. Make sure to map pedal functions accordingly in the game’s control options or settings. |Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Back in the early 90's, I had a Thrustmaster wheel and pedal set that was state of the art back then. It was before force feedback but was a pretty good setup for racing on my PC at the time. This Logitech set is amazing in comparison... every single thing about it is better! The adjustability with the app is incredible! The feel of taking a corner just a bit too fast and the wheel getting light is almost as good as being in the car for real. Maybe even better since you can push it all the way without having to worry about costly repairs! I fired up Assetto Corsa and added the wheel and pedals to the game. After a little tweaking, they work so well. I cut over a minute from my best time after only a few laps. There are so many buttons on this thing that it will take me weeks to settle in completely and get used to all of it. As it sits, the paddles are almost natural for shifts and the feel of the wheel itself is amazing. I have yet to use it on an XBox, but it fired right up without any trouble on my Dell G7 laptop. With a 27" monitor, it works well enough to make me want to build a multi-monitor setup to get even more out of it! I'm thinking a racing seat, steel frame to hold a PC and about three monitors as well as adjustments so anyone can set it up for their own comfort! Even on pretty much default settings, this set was a huge improvement. I have been changing things little by little on both the Logitech software and in the game itself and it is getting more and more realistic all the time. I have held on to that old Thrustmaster set for all this time even though I don't have a game controller port on any of my computers... now I can retire it for good without looking back. I can't wait for my grandkids to get old enough to see them beat my lap times! If you love to drive and can't afford to buy that car of your dreams, this sure fits the bill. I love taking the Cobra out on the tracks after running a Ferrari and having that back end flip out so easily, really makes me want to get back into fast, real cars again! It is surprising to me how much this can duplicate the real thing once you get it all set correctly. As usual, Logitech has done a great job combining realism with quality workmanship. This thing is amazing!!!

Recently my g920 started malfunctioning, so I tried to replace it using my best buy protection plan. Unfortunately BB no longer sells g920 making me have to upgrade to G923. I thought I would like the rev limiter leds and true force feature but these features are limited. Even though I was a little disappointed about that, my main issue is the grinding of gears and amount of noise the wheel makes, also when you release the wheel it doesn't return all the way to center(I'm hoping it was damaged in shipping). Hopefully BB or logitech will make things right, but it is a little disheartening to have to deal with this. Now that I have to completely un mount wheel , repackage , take back to BB and deal with the in store reps. I've also learned that I'm not the only one that has had these same issues with this product , so for now I have to give this device a low rating

Thank you for choosing Logitech and for taking the time to share your experience. I apologize for any difficulties that you have experienced with your G923 racing wheel; I would like to help. The G923 features dual motors that will provide force feedback with supported games and systems. In supported titles you will also experience our next generation approach to force feedback "TrueForce". The wheel should return to the center position and there shouldn't be grinding of gears. If you are on PC, please download the G Hub software for customization and updates (if you have not already done so). Every time the G923 is connected to your system the wheel will rotate fully to each side and center to calibrate. Please also check the calibration options within the games you will be using your G923 with. I have attached a link to the G923's "Getting Started" guide where you will find the download for the G Hub software, in depth troubleshooting guides and further support. Please visit the Logitech website for further support. I hope these suggestions are helpful, and that you will enjoy your G923 TrueForce racing wheel & pedals.
