He said the sound quality is great but they kept falling out of his ears. So we returned them for another version of galaxy earbuds that have since died. Less than 2 months after purchase. I don’t buy Samsung products for myself because they’re not reliable and not well made. I tried to tell him that.

Connection always dropping, sound quality was horrible. The Galaxy buds 1 were a lot better than these. I swapped them out for a pair of better quality buds. Don't waste your time....PS I use a Galaxy phone and they still sucked!

Everyone says they have a hard time hearing me when on a call using these. Music does not sound anything like they do on apple airpods. You have to constantly adjust the buds to get a fraction of the sound you vet out of apple airpods. However, these earbuds connect flawlessly with your samsung phone just dont expect much else.
