Another truly wireless earbud bust. Only sound great at max volume. As soon as you hit the down volume button ONCE, it drops dramatically. If you wear the buds the way it instructs you to do so, you won't hear a thing. The ONLY way to get the max best sound from the buds is if you literally dig the bud into your ear canal, just short of slamming the inner drum. Dangerous. The silicone tips - small and large - that go on these things are USELESS. If you put the bud into your ear hole, the silicone tips will nowhere reach the rear of your ear. As such, you hope all the while that the buds will stay in place. Total bust. I have learned over and over again that buds are totally subjective. No two people have exact sized ears. Take a chance, and if they work for you, great. Chances are, if you are real to yourself, you will find that they are not worth it.

Nice but the noise canceling was not as good as the apple product. I do like the color choices.

The first piece had manufacturing defect and only one earpiece worked, it had delays and lost connection a lot. Got it replaced the new one is slightly better but still keeps on getting signals dropped.

The buds have great sound.... when they work. Every single time I turned my head to one side or the other they would cut out. I thought that it was because it was smy pocket (which shouldn't happen anyway) but even with the phone on my hand they were still cutting out. Returning.

Theyre ok for the money. Just could be better. Wish they were sound proof to outside noises.

Great sound, but truly uncomfortable to wear. They became very painful after 10-15 minutes.

Volume not loud and easy to fall out of ear would not recommend

Love them so comfortable but only issue was the quality of the sound and they would lower the volume by themselves had purchased the the first ones pink did that I returned them and got black and they did the same thing

I'll make this simple. It doesn't matter how good headphones sound if they keep falling out of your ear. I'm sure there is a population where these things fit perfectly and do a great job. I'm not part of that group. Otherwise they're pretty good

As someone who has tried most of the Galaxy Bud line of products to experience the different fits and sound signatures, I can confidently say these are by far the worst of the bunch. Mind you the fit of the earbuds is subjective as everyone has different ears and comfort levels. The issue with the fit of these is that while trying to fit them in or adjust them, I find myself hitting the sensor which is the play/pause function. If you’re the kind of person who sweats even a little, you might find these agitating as they will most likely slip or shift in your ear. The sound quality was lack luster compared to most buds that don’t have the pieces that seal your ear. I tested these for a week and just couldn’t justify the price for the sound quality and fit for me.

Sound quality not there. Even used the app.. Bought simular Jabra and they sound better.

They fit great. But sound quality is terrible cannot hear on a phone call. I thought samsung buds where supposed to be a top tier product. Should have stuck with the jlabs much better phone and media quality. Will never buy another Samsung bud again.

Seem like really good headphones just not for me. I ended up exchanging for others.

They don't hold a long enough charge. Volume isn't loud.

after 10 hours of use on the first day, I got a blister. the next day could not use them.
