    A cheaper alternative to those name brand products. Let me see I can buy three of these or the actual name brand item. I'd rather throw away a broken cable and use one of the other two I bought. So in effect kid proof as they don't care about how much YOU paid for the cable anyway.

    This cable has got reach to it, and that's going to be needed depending on your setup. I use it to connect my television to my PC or my television to my netbook PC. I have had no issues thus far. I'm not expecting any issues anytime soon; I would recommend this.
