FAULTY DEVICE
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Their connection system is terrible, I have to keep removing my iPad from the case and putting it back on because it disconnected. Adds an unnecessary step to just use the iPad. I wanted to replace an old iPad case, but their interface is way better than this. I wish they gave us an option to use Bluetooth connect with the keyboard rather than removing/inserting the iPad from the case. It’s annoying & bothersome.
