Great side by side refer easy controls nice looking unit

Looks great, high quality product. I like the fact that it has double doors with individual temperature control sections.

Awesome wine fridge, holds alot and 2 different temperature settings

The unit works as intended but some of the details are lacking, The wood shelves are somewhat cumbersome to open and close and when closed do not line up. The light is quite bright and there is no option to dim or change to a less intensive color. It can only be turned off. I was mostly disappointed with the delivery schedule, after receiving confirmation of the delivery date it was postponed twice and delivered almost 3 weeks later.

I have 2 of these and no problems. Both were on sale when I bought them.

I like the looks and function of this fridge. It's nice looking and works great for the price. Comparable units cost twice as much. It comes with an extra set of wood shelves in case you want to use the entire thing for wine. The two things that I don't like are that the doors don't stay shut unless you close them intentionally. If you push them closed with any force they bounce back open. Also, the doors don't exactly line up on mine. One door droops at the center. I could probably try to shim it but there's no way to fix it without cobbling something together as the doors aren't adjustable.

It’s nice. The dual zone is a must have when you like both wine and beer. We had no issues with delivery and product is sleek

This is the worst product you can buy at Best. I am on my third replacement of this product. I am stuck in a loop where I cannot get my money back, but can have it replaced because it is still under manufacturers warranty because it breaks in under a year. Best Buy will not fix or send me a new item, each time I have to lug a 125 pound refrigerator out of my basement bar and into Best Buy for them to help me. Do yourself a favor and avoid buying this product. Best Buy will not try to help you with this issue and they are aware that this is a defective item.

So far the wine and beverage cooler is working great. Maintains temperature settings.

The measurements were correct for the space. Looks better than the low price would suggest.

I love this wine and beverage cooler. First of all, it looks cool. It's an elegant addition to my newly renovated kitchen. Secondly, it's one of the few coolers that includes both soft drinks AND wine. Having both soft drinks and wine visible and accessible is an outstanding feature and it saves having the refrigerator door open constantly as family members search for a beverage.

Works great - highly recommend. Very easy to install and commission.

it looks great, dual zone is awesome, and it's quiet. But at 12 months and 3 weeks it stopped cooling. It powered on but did not cool. If I hadn't paid $120 for the GEEK SQUAD service plan, I would've had to pay for the repair out of pocket. But the GS service terms are very disappointing. I hauled the unit back to Best Buy , they sent it out for repairs and 3 weeks later the answer came back that the repair company didn't have the parts to fix it. So I don't know if it was a minor or major repair (such as a compressor) or the repair company that BB uses simply didn't want to deal with it. No details were given to BB. According to the GS terms, my options were: 1.) receive a BB Store Credit for the original purchase price; or 2.) use that BB store credit to purchase a new unit at the current price. After discussing my irritation with the GS manager that I paid with a VISA and didn't want a store credit since I rarely shop at BB, I opted to pay the difference in price and get a new unit. The Geek Squad terms state that a repair or replacement can be used only once during the 4 year term of the agreement. I now have a new unit and no extended warranty. I don't know which is worse: the Insignia cooler that lasted only 13 months or the Geek Squad extended warranty terms.
