Purchased this in May of 2022 ($800) to fit our kitchen island for a remodel. In July of 2023 unit stopped cooling and smelled hot. Ps, I had 6 bottles of wine in it that average $325/bottle. Called Geek Squad, no techs in my area. They gave me a case number and instructions to drop it at a local store. Today (4 days later) loaded this 125lb unit and drove 35 miles to the store. I arrived and gave them the provided case number and was promptly informed they couldn't do anything with it. I then called back to the Geek Squad number and after 15 min on the phone got... this is two months out of manufacture warranty and you didn't purchase additional coverage. So, I now have an $800 paperweight.

We too had the issue that the door alarm kept triggering only to discover that one of the door acuators was broken off. Hoping once the replacement arrives at our local store we can fully inspect it before bringing it home.

However, last week I started to hear the "HT" alarm going off indicating that the temperature was high. I read the manual, which said to unplug the unit for 5 minutes, then plug in again which I did. A couple hours later, the HT alarm went off again. I called the service line and scheduled a service (for which I had to take a day off work). The repair person called me around 12 noon of that service day and informed me that they do not service wine fridges. So it looks like a took a day off work only to be informed that I now own a $900 paper weight. Upon reading other reviews, I am seeing that other people had the same issue. Like this fridge is set to stop working right after warranty period ends. This product should be recalled!

A month ago blue liquid seeped out of the bottom, stained our white tile and ruined the cabinet. Not sure if it can be repaired but for $700 it should last longer than a year and a half. I would not recommend
