    Broke after 5 months - no easy option for repair

    At first we loved this wine fridge but after 5 months it stopped cooling and displayed a "HI" error message and beeped constantly. We called customer service who told us that we could only get this repaired or replaced by bringing the unit into the store. The wine cooler is around 150 lbs and it is extremely hard to move, let alone transport to the store. So buyer beware - if it breaks after a few months you will have to haul it to the closest Best Buy store to get it fixed, or lose out on $800.

    It worked great foe the first few months then suddenly stopped cooling. Sent it in and it is not repairable, fortunately it went out right before the year warranty and rhey have given us our moneh back. Although, I loved how it looks I would not purchase the same one..now looking to see what are my better options in a wine fridge.

    Broke after 6 months

    My wife and I bought this for our new home and I wish we would have purchased a non-best buy brand. It worked great at first, but by month 6 it can't get cold and Best Buy will not visit to fix. We have to take it into the store which is a huge labor. I truly wish I could return it

    We bought this in mid to late 2022 and it's no longer working. Disappointed in the life of this product.
