Brand new and stops cooling randomly. Just wow.

Unplugged it and restored power, and it resumed cooling. This has happened 2 more times in the following 2-3 weeks. I don't live near a city, so I already know this will be a pain in the butt to resolve. Not looking forward to it. Let's hope Samsung doesn't give me the run around. Looking at the other, it seems like a common issue. I'm pretty gobsmacked. This has one critical function, and it can't even do that reliably.
