Terrible! Will not cool below 40 degrees

I have the temp set to 33° and still will not cool. Fridge also warms up an additional 5° when the door has been opened even shortly. Not food safe temps. Cooling is the basic function of a fridge. I should have listened to previous reviews. I have already requested a return and ordered a GE fridge. Hopefully I will have better luck with GE.

The door shelves are not efficient. I struggle to find a gallon spot for milk. Other than that- all good, better than some others. Middle range fridge in my opinion

We bought this fridge in April of this year and have had non stop issues with it having error codes and not staying cold in the fridge and the freezer being too cold. LG or their hired 3rd party techs come out and haven't fixed it. We've had to call 3 or 4 times, a tech who was supposed to show today between 12 and 5, we never heard from them until just now at 4 and now they can't come out and LG has now told us someone can't come until next week. I just stocked this fridge of food and now it's havijg to be kept in coolers ane I have to constantly go buy ice. A fridge that was just bought in April should NOT be having any issues!
