this refrigerator is very nice, but I do not recommend you buying it at Best Buy because they are still charging me for two refrigerators instead of one. I have spent hours trying to get them to understand I have ONE refrigerator in my home and their Geek Squad who brought the first refrigerator - a whirlpool - took it out of my home and put in the second refrigerator - the Samsung, within days of each other and have lost the first refrigerator and so they are still charging me. I have talked to 17 different people about this and it is not cleared up. so the refrigerator is great - the service is not.

Never have owned a Samsung appliance and this fridge is my first. Have read some not great reviews about Samsung but this fridge was just right with the large size and great price. We don't like bottom freezer fridges so this was perfect and its our other fridge besides the smaller on in the kitchen. Can't go wrong with this one.

One of the best buy employees did a great job recommending us this fridge, so good that we bought it right there and then! And everything was made easy with the free delivery, was available three days later! Ice dispenser works awesome takes less than 24 hours to fill with ice after being empty. Plenty of space for all the groceries and does a great job maintaining the temperature! We love it

We love the refrigerator! We definitely wanted a side-by-side with NO Water Dispenser. This Samsung model is perfect. In store service was fabulous. The delivery & install that Nicholas and Carlos provided on 6/14/24 was outstanding!! Thank you Best Buy!

With All The Ice Makers Being Sold I Bought This .Dont Need The Ice Maker , Truthfully I Want Another One but without The Ice Maker And No Water .Its A Healthier Option .I Hope They Make One With Out The Ice Maker .Thats The Only Complaint I Have .Great Refrigerator.

Love the new Samsung 28 cu ft refrigerator which is now hooked up to Smartthings at home and provides up-to-date information on the condition of the refrigerator. Also I needed a big freezer as my garage freezer gave up, so was looking at anything above 7 cu ft and this one has 10.1 cubic feet which is perfect for my family needs. Over all the design is great and I love the fingerprint resistant stainless steel body. It can hold 2 gallon milk bottles. I am not using the ice cube maker so I'm not aware of how that performs. Overall a great addition to my set of appliances.

Excellent refrigerator! I got this unit to replace my French door unit. There's no room for tall bottles or even milk on the shelves of the French door unit. Also, you can't remove the glass from the shelf to clean so spills get trapped in the mounts around the glass. Gross! This new side by side is AMAZING!! Lots of room for everything! I LOVE THIS REFRIGERATOR!

So far we are very pleased with our new refrigerator. It is very roomy on both sides. This is our first stainless steel appliance and I like the color except for all the fingerprint smudges all over the middle of it. However, it is a nice change from white. One will constantly be wiping it down to get rid of the smudges. This is my only con.
