We all love them and they fit each of our lifestyles. Long battery life. Comfortable fit. Noise cancelling is excellent.

The noise cancelling is quite effective and can only hear the loudest sounds above my music. I would recommend not skipping the features tutorial when you initially sync these to your device as they explain several options that aren't apparent.

I initially disliked the design when it came to my ear shape, but the wider variety of ear tips has helped solve my fitment issues while maintaining a good seal for noise cancelling.

Not because the product is bad, I’m just clumsy. They have been dropped and generally misused. The sound is as clear as it was on day one- fresh out of the box

They sit cofortably in my ears after picking the right fit. They have an assortment of sizes to help you make the right fit. The part of this is the set opens to hear everything around you and when it's quiet, it mutes until you say something. I also like when the calls come in and asks whether to answer or cancel. Beautiful product.
